Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that last year in December we established a debating club in our school. The club is now carrying out its activities in full swing. But it is a matter of fact that under this debating club, we did not organize any debating tournament. But to develop our personal skill, we would like to organize an inter class debate competition.

Therefore, we request you to take necessary steps to organize an inter-class debate tournament.
